A spinner with 10 equal-sized sections numbered 1 to 10 is spun once. What is the probability that the spinner will land on a number that is not a multiple of three?

    so 10-3=7

    so you get 7/10

    The probability is 7 out of 10 or 70% beacuse there are three multiple of three in 10 nad those are 3, 6, and 9. If there are 10 equal sides and three of them are occupied with multiples of three, that means you have a 70% chance of landing on a number that is not a multiple of three.
