6 out of 6 is the same as 6 divided by 6, or as fraction 6/6.

If you have 10 apples and you divide them into 2 groups there will be 5 in each group. (10/5 = 2)

Similarly, If you have 6 apples and you divide them into 6 groups, there will be one in each group.

    6 out of 6 = 6 : 6 = 6/6 = 1.

It is like having a total of 6 items, and the total of that 6 were picked say for checked.

So it is 1 because the entire six were picked as a whole.
