A child should no longer use a booster seat when they reach 4'9" tall. Lisa is 59 inches tall. Can she go without a booster seat? Explain?

    Without a booster seat. Because if a car accident happens, her neck doesn't have the support it needs, so it might go back and break her neck. And also because shes probably too old to be in a booster seat and kids might make fun of her. Kids are cruel these days.

    Yes, she can go without a booster seat since she is 4 feet and 9 inches. If you convert 59 inches to feet then she will be 4 feet 9. The question states when a child is 4'9 tall they should no longer have a booster seat.
