    To solve you first distribute - 1/3 to 6x and 3 which would give you a new inequality of: - 2x - 1 < - 14

Then to leave x on one side of the inequality you add 1 on both sides giving you: - 2x < - 13

Then to get x alone you divide by - 2 on both sides BUT remember that when you divide by a negative number in an inequality you flip the sign so the new one will be: x > 13/2 or x > 6.5
