    Y = 4x - 5 ... in y = mx + b form, the slope is in the m position and the y int is in the b position.

    parallel lines will have the same slope. So we need a slope of 4

    y int. at - 6

    y = 4x - 6 <===

    The answer would be y=4x-6. In order for lines to be parallel, they must have the same slope, but different y-intercepts
