    Vertex at (h, k) can be represented as

    y=a (x-h) ²+k

    so given

    (h, k) = (-3,2)

    y=a (x - (-3)) ²+2

    y=a (x+3) ²+2

    expand

    y=a (x²+6x+9) + 2

    y=ax²+6ax+9a+2

    ok, we see that all of them have 4x² in front

    ax²=4x²

    so a=4

    y=4x²+6 (4) x+9 (4) + 2

    y=4x²+24x+36+2

    y=4x²+24x+38
