    P/Q is your answer. Just bring the x term to the rhs, then divide by Q.

    Solve for y

    px - qy = (r + 1)

    -qy = - px + (r + 1)

    y = (-px) / - q + (r + 1) / - q

    y = (p/q) x - (r + 1) / q

    slope is : p/q
