    A is the only correct option. Typically fed. loans take into account your personal income as well as your family income sometimes.

    On B: Grants are awarded for a ton of things, depending on the organization that runs it. Grades are a big one, art is another.

    On C: Loans are repaid (high or low interest). A scholarship is free money, sometimes with conditions (like maintaining grades)

    On D: Work-study jobs happen off campus too.
