The number has three digits that add up to 10. when it is multiplied by 0.5, the product is 6.35. what is the number?

    Since the product has two decimal places the original 3 digit number must have one decimal place ...

    (ab. c) / 2=6.35

    ab. c=12.7

    And a+b+c=1+2+7=10
