    Area = PI * radius^2

    Circumference = 2 * PI * radius

    radius = Circumference / 2 * PI

    So, Area = PI * (Circumference / 2 * PI) * (Circumference / 2 * PI)

    So, Area = Circumference^2 / (4*PI)
