    12 mph = 17.6 ft/sec. Speed of fish

    4.4 ft/sec. Speed of boy

    how much faster does the fish swim than the boy = 17.6 - 4.4 = 13.2 ft/sec.

    13.2 ft/sec. = 264 yards/min.
