8 rows and 12 seats in each row where that is 96 seats in the 8 rows.

    3 x 4 = 12 broken seats

    total seats = 96

    broken seats = 12

    96 - 12 = 84 functioning seats.

    Your answer would be 84 because 8 of 12 would be 94 and 4 of 3 is 12 so 12 minus 94 would 84
