What is the difference between classical and romantic music?

For classical music, composers tend to have more of a joyous mood while composing. Classical music moves in a less predictable, more interesting, and even a more exciting way. While with romantic music, composers tend to write their music with more of an expressive mood.

Classical is not really that smooth music and romantic is very sweet and doing it for someone or singing it.
