20 percent of 24 is 4.8 shots. Let's round that to 5 since it's awkward to shoot 4.8 shots.

he needs to make 2 consecutive goals.

    5 / 26 is 19.23%

5.2 is 20 % of 26 which is awkward so just round down to 5 shots
