    We do as follows:

    A = 52

    A = bh / 2

    b = 5+h

    h = h

    A = (5 + h) (h) / 2 = 52

    h = 8

    b = 5 + h = 13

    Therefore, the base is 13 and the height is 8. Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day.
