For odd functions there is a rule:

    f (x) = - f (-x) or in other words

    -f (x) = f (-x)

    9 - 4x^2 = - (9-4 (-x) ^2) or in other words

    - (9-4x^2) = 9 - 4 (-x) ^2

    Answer is third option.
