Which polynomial function has a leading coefficient of 2, root - 4 with multiplicity 3, and root 10 with multiplicity 1?

f (x) = 2 (x - 4) (x - 4) (x - 4) (x + 10)

f (x) = 2 (x + 4) (x + 4) (x + 4) (x - 10)

f (x) = 3 (x - 4) (x - 4) (x + 10)

f (x) = 3 (x + 4) (x + 4) (x - 10)

    With roots r1, r2 is (x-r1) (x-r2)

the multiplicity is how many times it repeat

and leading cofient is the first thing n front

    roots are - 4 and 10

    (x - (-4)) = (x+4)

    (x-10)

    so

    f (x) = 2 (x+4) ³ (x-10)

    answer is B
