I think it is 60 because if you multiply 95 by 5 (because he took five tests) you will get 475 and next multiply seven by 85 and you will get 595. Now subtract 595-475 = to 120 and divide it by 2 (because he has two extra test) and you will get 60. So the average of the 2 tests must be 60 or higher.
