    36x+10 feet

    length: (15x) times two equals: 30x, plus width: (3x+5) times two equals: (6x+10) = 36+10 feet

    Perimeter of a rectangle is

    2 * length + 2 * width

    P = 2 * (15x) + 2 * (3x + 5)

    = 30x + 6x + 10

    = 36x + 10
