A photograph is reduced to 75 percent of its original size. the photo was originally 12 inches by 16 iinches. what are the new dimensions after it has been reduced 75 percent?

    100%-75% is equal to 25%

    So 12 times 25% is 3

    And 16*25% is 4

    The new dimensions are 3 by 4
