    (4x^2 y^2 + 8x^3 y^5) / (2x y^2) = 4x^2 y^2 / 2x y^2 + 8x^3 y^5 / 2x y^2 = 2x + 4x^2 y^3

    Therefore, a = 1, b = 0, c = 2 and d = 3
