The sum of interior angles of the hexagon is 720 degrees, the measure of the unknown angle of hexagon will be 720 - 645 = 75 degrees. The supplement of 75 degrees will be the largest exterior angle of our hexagon thus, 180 - 75 = 105 degrees.
