Given 4 and 15, the third side x,

    By triangle inequality theorem

    x > (15 - 4)

    x > 11

    also

    x < (15 + 4)

    x < 19

    The third side: 11 < x < 19

So x could be any number between 11 and 19. 11 and 19 are not included.

    x could be 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
