Which ordered pair makes both inequalities true?

y > - 2x + 3

y < x - 2

    That would be (3,0)

    just do a little subbing and see which one comes out true

    y > - 2x + 3 ... (3,0)

    0 > - 2 (3) + 3

    0 > - 6 + 3

    0 > - 3 (yep, thats true)

    y < x - 2 ... (3,0)

    0 < 3 - 2

    0 < 1 (also true)
