A box contains one green, two white, and five purple beads. Luis chooses a bead from the box. What is the probability that Luis chooses a green or a white bead?

    The answer should be 3 out of 8, because all of the beads added up together in whole would be 8 and one is green and two are white add green and withe together and that makes three so its 3/8
