    Range is the output

    || meakes result of inside positive (says the legnth of the segment)

    lets try some results

    if x=1 then |1+1|=2

    if x=0 then |0+1|=1

    if x=-1, then |-1+1|=0

    if x=-2 then |-2+1|=1

    if x=infinity then |infinity+1|=infinity+1

    if x=-infinity then |-finfinity+1|=infinity-1

    so the ragne is from 0 to infinity or

    R={x>0}
