A fruit drink is made from orange juice and cranberry juice in the ration 5:3. If 1 litre of the drink is made, how much of the drink is cranberry juice?

    1 litre = 1000ml, 5+3 = 8, 1000/8 = 125, 5 x 125 = 625, 3 x 125 = 375. so there would be 625 ml of orange juice and 375 ml of cranberry juice in the fruit drink
