The conversion of a number from a percentage form to a decimal form uses the equivalence factor 1/100%. In this case, 400 % * (1/100%) is equal to 4.00. To make this into a mixed fraction, we can use any numbers such that the number is still equal to 4. We can use 4 5/5 or 4 2/2, etc. as a mixed fraction form.

    = 400/100

    = 4

    As a decimal = 4.00
