Given the formula I=prt, if p = 8000, r = 0.6, and t = 1, what is the value of "I"?

    Because you have the formula, it is pretty easy to answer.

    l=prt, so you plug in p, r, and t to get l.

    1) l = 8000 times 0.6 times 1

    2) you would then get 4800 times 1

    3) Now you have 4800 because 4800 times 1 is 4800.

    l = 4800

    Well, 8000 (p) * 0.6 (r) = 4800, and if you multiply that by 1 (t) it's still 4800. So the value of I is 4800.
