    The answer is a) x + 2y = 0

    ... because 2y = - x

My mistake, answer must be put in y=mx+b. x+2y=0, you'd want to get y by itself, subtract x and divide by 2y, to get y by its lonely. The slope would be - 1/2, the correct answer is A
