    In the form

    ax+by=c

    the slope is - a/b

    to be paralell, itmust have the same slope

    so an equation in the form 3x-2y=c is the answer

    or anything where the whole thing is multiplied by the same number lke 2

    6x-4y=8 for example

    or it could be in slope inercept form

    y=3/2x+b
