Monica has a jewelry box of earrings. This box contains 4 pairs of plain gold earrings, 10 pairs of gold earrings with diamonds, 3 pairs of plain silver earrings, and 5 pairs of silver earrings with diamonds. If she picks a pair of earrings at random from the box, what is the probability that she picks a pair with diamonds?
