    C. Because 10 is like 100 only with 1 fewer zero so if I had 90% out of 10 questions I got 9 correct If I had 60% out of 100 questions I got 60 correct since 10 and 100 are equivalent

    6/10 is like 60% out of 100%

    60/100 is also like 60% out of 100%
