    Let the radius of circle = r

    Circumference = 2 * pi * r

    Area = pi * r^2

    According to question

    (2 * pi * r) / (pi * r^2) = 2/3

    2/r = 2/3

    r=3

    Therefore area of circle = pi * r^2

    = 3.14 * 3 * 3

    = 28.274 units square

    Area of a circle=πr²

    πr²=2.3

    22/7r²=2.3

    r²=2.3*7/22

    r²=16.1/22

    r=√16.1/22
