600 minutes at the gym divided by a total of 60 minutes equals 10. 10 times 25 minutes on the treadmill equals 250 minutes. 10 times 35 minutes lifting weights equals 350 minutes. He’s going to spend 100 more minutes lifting weights than on the treadmill per week.
