    Lets say that u want to rent some movies. There are 2 video stores in ur town. Video store A charges 5 bucks per movie with no membership fee. Video store B charges 3 bucks per movie, but also charges a 20 dollar membership fee. How many movies must be rented for the video stores to charge the same amount?

    5x = 3x + 20

    5x - 3x = 20

    2x = 20

    x = 20/2

    x = 10 ... at 10 movies, the 2 video stores charge the same amount
