    Well you have to subtract the soft shell volume from the entire candy volume. Using the formula for the volume of a sphere, the whole candy is 4/3*729*3.14=3052.08

    the soft center is 4/3*216*3.14 = 904.32. If you subtract, you get the answer of 2147.76 mm^3.
