    Easy

    ok so the x value of the axis of symmetry is also the x value for the vertex

    to get the y value, plug the x value into the equation and evaluate

    x=-2

    f (-2) = (-2) ^2+4 (-2) - 5

    f (-2) = 4-8-5

    f (-2) = - 9

    yvalue is - 9

    coordinates are in (x, y) form

    x=-2

    y=-9

    (-2,-9)

    last one is answer
