    f (x) = (3/2) x - (1/2)

    f (x) = (3/2) (6) - (1/2)

    f (x) = 9 - 1/2

    f (x) = 8 1/2 (8 and 1/2)

    f (x) = (3/2) x - (1/2)

See first we need to understand what is f (x) ... this is function of x

where if we change x values that will affect the function's value

means for different x's u will get diff f (x)

here u need to just put x=6 in function equation.

    f (6) = (3/2) * 6-1/2

    f (6) = 9-1/2

    f (6) = 17/2
