Draw a line down from the equal sighn. Then ur gonna do 1/6 divided by 1/6 to get 1 and cross it out. Then ur gonna do 3 divided by 1/6 is 18. To check add in the 18 instead of the n. U should get 18 as a final answer.

To solve this, you can rewrite it as n/6=3, as when you multiply a fraction and a whole number, you just multiply the whole number by the numerator. Next, as this is n divided by 6, to get the n by itself, you would multiply both sides by 6, giving you (6n) / 6=3/6. Now, dividing this becomes n=3/6, with 3/6 being the same as 1/2, making n=1/2 be your answer.
