    The slope of the parallel line will be equal to the slope of this line.

    Slope of line = (change in y) / (change in x)

    m = (5 - 0) / (-6 + 3)

    m = - 5/3

    y-intercept = 0 because it passes through origin.

    y = - 5/3 x
