    Given:

    y'' = 2y'

    y = y' = e

    when x = 0

    so,

    y'' = 2y'

    y'' = 2*e

    y'' = 2e

    then when x = 1, y=?

    y is still equal to y' equals e. Then,

    y'' = 2e
