By what percent will a fraction increase if its numerator is decreased by 10% and its denominator is decreased by 50%?

    0.90x / 0.50y = 1.8 (x/y)

    1.8 - 1 = 0.8 ... 0.8 * 100 = 80% < = = it increases by 80%
