The area of the base of a prism is 50 mm2. The perimeter of the base is 30 mm. The height of the prism is 7 mm. What is the surface area of the prism? mm2

    Perimeter of base: 30 mm

    The formula of the surface area of a prism is

    S. A = 2 * Area of base + Perimeter of base * Height of prism

    Plug in the given

    S. A = 2 * 50 + 30 * 7

    = 100 + 210

    = 310 mm²
