Total area of five circles of radius r is 5pi r^2

Total area of three circles of radius s is 3pi s^2

    If A = B, then 5pi r^2 = 3pi s^2

    r^2 / s^2 = 3/5

    Therefore r/s = sqrt (3) / sqrt (5)
