Damon is making a tablecloth in the shape of a circle. the tablecloth has a diameter of 4 feet. He is going to add a strip of lace around the circumference of the tablecloth.

Damon estimates how much lace he needs by laying strips of the lace across the diameter of the circle. About how many strips of lace that are the length of the diameter will Damon need to have enough lace to go completely around the tablecloth?

    He will need about 3.14 or pi since circumference = pi*d
