The second quartile is also the median. which is 50% of the data. So 1/2 of the data lies below it, and 1/2 of the data lies above it.

A Quartile is a 1/4 of the values which are arranged in numerical order. Quartile 2 (Q2), which is also called the Median of the data set. It means half of the data set on each side of the Quartile 2.

Hence theb est answer is:
