    Zoey has a total of 5 ½ cups of trail mix for their camping trip and she want to divide it into 3/4

    =>5 ½ and ¾ do not have common denominator. Now, let’s find the least common denominator.

    => 5 ½ = 11/2, we first convert this into improper fraction

    =>v5 ½ divided by ¾, the Least common denominator is 4

    => 22 / 4 divided ¾ = 7 ¾

    Thus, the total number of trail mix that Zoey can make is 7 and ¾ or 7.75 cups.

    The trail mix that Zoey made cannot suffice in 10 people that is coming for the camping.
