    As soon as I read the first line and saw the words "in this table", I knew in my

    guts that when I opened the question and saw the whole thing, there would be

    no table. So I opened it and, sure enough, my guts were correct again.

    Nobody ... including you ... can answer this question without seeing the table.

    Maybe that's been your whole problem, and the reason you're having trouble

    with it. Sit down, relax, and spend some time with the table.
