A dressmaker has 3/8 yard of fabric. She needs a total of 3/4 yard for a skirt. How much more fabric does she need?

    3/4 = 6/8

    6/8-3/8=3/8yards more fabric

    6/8 - 3/8 = 3/8 yards

    Therefore, she still needs 3/8 yards of fabric
